Fashion Friday: Back to the 80's

White Jeans.... Snap Button Jean Tops... all these things make me think of the 80's. Now only if I could have sported my hair post blow dry but pre straightening iron....then it would have been authentic.

Today I have to give thanks to Ife from "The Fashionista Next Door", who inspired me to run out and get my hands on a Jean Top to pair with anything pretty. The idea of mixing a Fancy Lace Skirt with a Rough Denim Shirt makes me all tingly inside. Does Fashion do this to anyone else?

I also am wearing a whole heck of a lot of Joe Fresh in celebration of their First Flagship Store to open October 13th, 2010 in the one and only VANCOUVER {British Columbia}. Very exciting news....I knew a while back, but just wasn't sure of its exact timing on opening. Ever so pumped to get into the 14,000 sq foot store and go crazy.

Nice, love it! Your hair is so long! Hard to believe since it's usually half that length in curls... so cool!

yay! okay before I comment on the outfit, let's talk about your hair!!!!!!!!! Fabulous. It's so long and thick. Oh, and I know all about the blow dry 80's hair. hehe. I've started letting my hair air dry before straightening since I work from home. I can wash in the morning, and work witha curly fro, and straighten at night. Lol!

okay, now the denim shirt. LOVE! so glad you found one that you like. LOVE it with the distressed white white jeans, and how you belted it.

and let's not forget the details... i.e. THAT NECKLACE! Fabulous!
