Perfect Dress for New Years?

So while catching up on my latest gossip with the Hilton who has actually done something with their life other than sex-tapes {www.perezhilton.com} I came across this lovely site and think just maybe this Dress would be perfect for my New Years Party.... anyone agree?


I thought to pair it with a Red Hot Shoe and Lipstick that could kill?!?! Am I on the right track ladies? Sorta the Pin-Up look?
